• We will always share with the client our ideas to improve the project - whether or not the client solicits them.  After sharing our ideas, we will do what the client wants - unless we feel it violates our sense of safety or ethics.

• We will assure that all project team members understand the goals and objectives of the project, as well as, their individual responsibilities.

• We will assure that all the resources of M.A. Francis & Associates, Inc. are utilized efficiently.

• We will keep our clients informed of project progress, scope changes, schedule, and associated additional cost impact in a timely manner.

• We will actively and continuously discuss with our client potential work process modifications, which can advance the goals of the project.
